The kids got Valentine suckers from their cousin Michael. Gage was so excited that his was a green John Deere tractor and began doing what he does best with suckers...
...he bit right into it. As I started lecturing, he thought I was upset at the fact that he bit the top of it off and explained to me that it's okay to bite the top of the tractor off because now it's just a Johnny Popper. (An old fashioned John Deere tractor without a cab.)
Such a problem solver! I explained right back that they are called "suckers" because you're supposed to SUCK on them, not simply "turn them into Johnny Poppers!"

Ha! That is funny.
And the ear thing is so cute:)
Oh Gager! You're a funny one...and clever! And geez Louise...I know where I'm going if I am ever in need of some tractor expertise. You'd think the kid grew up on a farm or somethin'! So cute.
Gage looks so much like Steve in those pictures! It was good to see you all and great to meet Mr. Tate. Emma loved the PIXO thingy-ma-jig so mom bought her one for her birthday.
I am sooo glad the suckers were a hit. Hope you guys had a great valentines.
The only bugger about having smart kids is that every pregnancy make me dumber and they can outsmart me!
What a farm kid! LoVe It!!!
