Well, after a water break at the elementary school and a computer system failure at the Jr. High/High School which both lead to an extra week of summer vacation, we finally had the highly anticipated FiRsT dAy oF ScHoOl!!
Starting with this guy...
I'm not sure if it's because it has been just he and I during the school year for the past 4 years, or because he's the first one of the kids not to attend pre-school before hand or something else, [like I'm getting older] but it was a bit of a tear jerker for this old mom to send him to the big kindergarten! He did great and was so excited, but still...
And now this 9 year old going on 19...
She was so excited to get back to the routine of school. Her teacher is new to the school and has a daughter of her own in Hayden's class. (A friend from last year) Hayden thinks this is too cool!
And now, the big kid...
Whoa! He's officially in Jr. High now and has been very ready for it. I'm not sure if he's ready to give up on his summer activities, but I'm not worried about him finding new ones. He's got good friends and it's fun to see him grow. (And pose for pictures...what the heck's he got going on here?)
Such good kids! I'm not sure what I'm going to do without them at home. They're always so good to help with Tate and I just enjoy having them around.

I can't believe Gage in in the big K already. Hayden's hair has grown and she looks older, love the 80's clothes! Emma would call her a hot rocker chick. Hunter looks like he's in a Captain Morgan commercial. They are all very cute. Enjoy your time with Tate.

That's so darn cute! Halle has those same arm bands that Miss Hayden is wearing! So cute!
