Graham Cracker Cottages

That's right, graham cracker cottage. No, they're not your typical holiday gingerbread house, but we had fun just the same.
Hayden was getting quite creative with a licorice sidewalk and did really well about using the candy for the project.
Gage on the other hand tried a few of everything before actually using it. This reaction was from a Lemon Head.
Hunter's "shingled" roof was made out of left over Halloween candy shaped like bones.

I should've posted ours before Emma ate the trees. Good job mom! I like the houses, but I really like your centerpiece.

HOw CuTE!! And great way to get rid of all that leftover candy from Halloween!! I love the pic of the three of them...Hunter looks so excited to be posing with his cottage :) Oh, I can't wait :( He will appreciate your efforts when he's older, really he will. If you don't take the pictures now how will he remember later?? Good job Mom!!

What a fun tradition. We usually end up doing a gingerbread house from a kit about once every, oh say 15 or 20 years. Your houses look way easier and probably taste better too.
