I caught some awesome pictures -amateurly speaking- of the kids sledding the other day. They were all having so much fun that it made it hard for me to stop. (The freezing cold weather on the other hand, sent me inside.)

Accident just waiting to happen...
...and it did. But don't worry...
...Hunter landed like that more often than not
And this is how Gage came into the house at one point
Can't have an outside picture shoot without the snowy Tetons

And then this weekend was the annual Ashton Dog Sled Races. Hunter's and Hayden's class both got to "field trip" up Main Street yesterday and watch the racers take off. As for me, I'm glad that they go past our house about a quarter of a mile away. I'm also glad that my camera has a zoom on it. I get to stay warm inside yet watch the dogs go by all day.

Which brings us to Hunter's favorite part of winter...

Hey!! Guess what we did today...some snow fun :) Although our day did not include beautiful sunsets, the snowy Tetons, dog sleds, or sliding off roof tops...gosh, now I'm thinking our day was kinda lame :( ...only in Ashton :)
who needs to go tubing in the mountains when you have your own tubing hill right up the road? That is soooo cool.
I'm SNOW jealous!!! Those are awesome pics, way to go mom. I remember sliding off the garage when we lived in West. Chase's snowpants caught a nail once and he hung there, do ya think us girls were in a hurry to tell mom??? I hope all is well with your dad, 3 1/2 short years ago we were in SLC city for Chase's heart fart. Prayers.
Oops, meant to comment on the background, love it!
Ok....I am not missing the snow but those sunset pix totally make me want to come play photographer in the snow! :)
I love the picture of hunter on the roof. I can't wait for Coleman to get home from school to show him. He doesn't believe me when I tell him we used to do that.
Wow, beautiful pictures! The mountains look really pretty. Can you see them like that from your house?
