Hunter had an assignment in one of his classes to make a cake look like _______________. I want to know if anyone can figure out what this is and then let me know if it's just me in thinking that this was a rather strange assignment.

Stacie, not an eyeball. (Good guess) and the dome shape came from the wonderful Betty Crocker Bake 'n Fill Cake Pan. We've used it for baseballs, pumpkins, Spiderman and so on. Tons of fun...
Okay, you're all way smart. It is a cell. I would have never known. But really, making a cake for class? More parent involvement opportunities I suppose... And you might think, "At least you get to eat cake." Wrong, Hunter was dared by another kid to stick his face in it and it just wouldn't be right if he didn't take that dare!
